You are unique. I am unique. Every being is unique. Let's celebrate our uniqueness!
Being unique means there are amazing things special to only you. Two amazing things about me are my passion about behavior and my love of rose quartz. Others may share these amazing qualities but never in the exact way that I do.
Celebrate what makes you and your small beings amazingly unique. Take time each day to name two ways you are amazing and have your small beings name two ways they are amazing.
Being unique means there are struggles that are special to only you. Two struggles I face is my frequency to flip numbers without knowing and my fear that I am bad at writing. To face these challenges, I triple check phone numbers and addresses to make sure the numbers are in the correct order and keep sharing my writing even though I am scared of others opinions. Others may share these challenges but never in the exact way that I do.
Celebrate what challenges you and your small beings face that are unique. Take time each day to name two challenges in your life and the life of your small beings. Make sure to include how you are facing each one, a critical part of acknowledging any challenge. If your small being does not have the language to do it, then do it for them. Each day they may change and that is part of the fun of this exercise. (Same goes for the amazingly unique elements.)
Make sure to talk about both - amazingness and challenges - as it is both that makes us whole beings.
What makes you or your small being uniquely amazing? What challenges are unique to you or your small being?
